Placing An Order

To place an order add your chosen goods to the shopping cart, click on the 'cart' button at the top of the screen, and fill in the required details on the checkout page.

Once you have placed an order you will automatically get sent an email confirming the order (if you do change your mind at this point - do let us know as soon as possible so that we can cancel the order before we dispatch it).

We will send you a further email once your order has been dispatched.

Payments & Security

We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard & American Express) through Stripe (our secure payment gateway). Stripe is certified to PCI Service Provider Level 1, the most stringent level of certification. This all means that your payments are super secure and that we do not store any sensitive payment information.

All payments are made in GB Pounds.

Product Descriptions

We do our very best to accurately photograph and describe our products. We photograph our bags under natural light conditions to best represent the actual colour of the fabrics and leathers we use. It is possible that the colours may vary slightly from that on your screen.

As we make each bag by hand there will always be slight variations (which we think is the great thing about small scale hand made products). We predominately use waxed cotton canvas that naturally creases, scuffs and gains character through its use. This process (we think patina) begins when we make the bag and means that every bag we make is unique.

We respect your privacy. Any personal information that we collect from you is used only for the order that you place with us. We will never share your information with anyone else.

We use Stripe secure payment gateway to process your payments, so we never receive or store your credit or debit card information - your details are always safe.
