DELIVERY & RETURNS
We will be away on a short holiday from 10th to 22nd of June. Our shop will remain open, but any orders placed whilst we are away will be made and sent out as soon as possible on our return. Sorry for the inconvenience and thank you for stopping by!
All our goods are made to order by the two of us in our small workshop in rural Wales. We believe in well made goods, taking time and care to make and package all that comes out of our workshop. Please allow 2 to 3 weeks for your order to be dispatched. If you need something for a specific date, please drop us an email to let us know and we'll do our best to help.
Delivery - UK
Delivery within the UK is free.
This includes orders to Northern Ireland, the Highlands & Islands, the Isle of Man and the Channel Islands. We use Royal Mail First Class post for all UK orders which you will need to sign for on receipt. Your order should be with you within 1-3 working days after dispatch.

We use Royal Mail International services for orders to Europe and the rest of the world (Royal Mail delivers to 190 worldwide destinations so chances are we can deliver to you!). Depending on the country you are in we will either use International Tracked & Signed or if this is unavailable an International Signed service. Royal Mail aims to delivery to Europe in 3-5 working days and the rest of the world in 5-7 working days, but can take longer.
You may be responsible for import duties and taxes on your international order. In addition, some orders may experience customs delays. Unfortunately we have no control over these charges or delays and cannot predict what they may be. We suggest that you contact your local customs office for additional information.
We really hope you love your Rural Kind goods. But if for whatever reason you decide you no longer want something you've ordered, please send us an email (to firstname.lastname@example.org) to let us know that you would like to return your order, and post it back to us for a full refund. Returns are accepted within 14 days of you receiving your order and the items must be returned in a new and unused condition.
Please note that all sale items and items that have been customised to a customers specific requirements cannot be returned.
Please carefully repackage your order (in the original box if possible), making sure to include either a printout of the original order email in the package or a note with your name, contact details and order number, so that we know who to refund. Post the parcel to:
On receipt of your returned item (and having checked that they are in their original unused condition), we will refund you the full amount that you paid including the original delivery cost. You are responsible for the return postage cost, and we recommend that you use a trackable service for return postage as we cannot refund packages that are lost during return shipping if proof of tracking is unavailable.
