DELIVERY & RETURNS


Delivery

All our goods are made to order in our small workshop in rural Wales. We believe in well made goods, taking time and care to make and package all that comes out of our workshop. Please allow 2 to 3 weeks for your order to be dispatched. If you need something for a specific date, please drop us an email to let us know and we'll do our best to help.

Delivery - UK

Delivery for all orders within the UK is £4.00
This includes orders to Northern Ireland, the Highlands & Islands, the Isle of Man and the Channel Islands. Parcels will be sent with Royal Mail using a 24hr fully tracked service; occasionally we will use a courier if the parcel is particularly large or heavy. Your order should be with you within 1-2 working days after dispatch, but will sometimes take longer in busy mailing seasons (Christmas!).

We use a variety of courier services for posting internationally, depending on the country you are in. We will send it with either a tracked or if unavailable a signature on receipt service. We always try to use a service that will generally get to Europe destinations within a week, and globally 1 to 2 weeks, but these timings are not guaranteed and may take longer.

Please Note: You may be responsible for import duties and taxes on your international order. In addition, some orders may experience customs delays. Unfortunately we have no control over these charges or delays and cannot predict what they may be. We suggest that you contact your local customs office for additional information.


Returns

We really hope you love your Rural Kind goods. But if for whatever reason you decide you no longer want something you've ordered, please send us an email (to hello@ruralkind.com) to let us know that you would like to return your order, and post it back to us for a full refund. Returns are accepted within 14 days of you receiving your order and the items must be returned in a new and unused condition. You are responsible for the returns postage.

Please note that all sale items and items that have been customised to a customers specific requirements cannot be returned.

Please carefully repackage your order (in the original box if possible), making sure to include a note with your name, contact details and order number (which can be found on your emailed receipt / order confirmation), or a printout of the original order email in the package so that we know who to refund. Post the parcel to:

On receipt of your returned item (and having checked that they are in their original unused condition), we will refund you the full amount that you paid including the original delivery cost. You are responsible for the return postage cost, and we recommend that you use a trackable service for return postage as we cannot refund packages that are lost during return shipping if proof of tracking is unavailable.
